The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 31 years. A lot has been written by him in this period and in his BLOG he writes about the most recent views and thoughts. For Snail-Mail write to: TAM , P.O. Box 1055 , 4801 BB - BREDA , Netherlands.
