200 Braincells from Ryosuke Cohen - Japan
Found the pile in the TAM-Archive and took some photos to publish online. Issues 200-450 (with some missing) in the end 90-ies.

Received this article from magazine in China that deals with Mail-Art. Seems like China is catching up. Also because Amo Mao is active there in Shangai....
