The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 46 years. The envelope I made for Antitext to include the IUOMA-card (and lots more). Will the envelope be discovered here before it arrives?
