The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Another geof huth collection arrived in my P.O. Box this last week. He really sends me a lot, so I just scan the collections I get in a week. One has to be creative to catch up.....
