The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 46 years. I think we had met up by the time this was taken - around 1985/6. Gosh , she looks so yound - I guess we all did back then!
