The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 46 years. This was actually in my old pre-fab I rented from the ACME Housing Association in Stepney , East London - a few years before I moved to Lambeth Walk.
