Decentralized Networking Congresses - 20 Years

A card from Peter Kuestermann (Germany). A special postagestamp from the Hungarian Postal Office about the 20 year celebration of the DNC (Decentralized Networker Congresses). In 1986 the first congresses took place. Even remember meeting Peter in Miden (Belgium) on the first european DNC. Every 6 years the DNC's took place. So for me the 20 year celebration is a strange number. But that is typical mail-art too. On November 8th 2006 the event will take place in Artpool, Hungary.
