The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Tamara Wyndham, NY, USA sent me this envelope with in it her newest publication. A nice addition to the collection of the TAM-Archive. Tamara is also quite active on several online groups, and off course in New York....
