The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A new card I painted just today. Not sure it is finished. Maybe I'll work on it some more. Also not sure about to who I should send it.....
