The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Trying to meet Jürgen O. Olbrich? Sometimes difficult. In the mail-interview project in the 90-ies we tried to, but the interview never took place. We did meet though several times in Main, at the MMPM where he is most of the times.
