The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Roland Halbritter - Germany
Roland Halbritter sent me an envelope by Angela Behrendt. She makes these envelopes that mail-artists are supposed to pass on. And I am the lucky one. Roland included several of his new artistamps he has been producing. Looks very fresh and alive.
