The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Back to Nico - Netherlands
This envelope arrived at Nico's place before. Now it reached Breda, but the postage isn't cancelled. ideal for sending it back again with new content. They call it recycling. Thanks KPN!
