The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Don Boyd - USA
Don Boyd sent me this hand made booklet. They didn't handcancel the envelopem but I sure liked the content. I have placed a photo on Don's page on Facebook. Fluxus West is now in the TAM archive too.
