The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 46 years. Video for Nico van Hoorn - Netherlands
The card that Nico van Hoorn (Netherlands) sent to me has inspired me to send him the results of a Digital Fluxus performance that I did for him. The digital recording is published before the mail actually is sent.
