Roland Halbritter's experiment arrived without any problem. No postage, and not even a card on which they would indicate that I have to pay something. They oly marked the card with T 65/70. So they noticed something was wrong, but nobody has consequences.
The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A lot has been written by him in this period and in his BLOG he writes about the most recent views and thoughts. For Snail-Mail write to: iuoma@outlook.com

Hi Ruud
that's funny, the T 65/70 is normally a taxe notice you have to pay, but in some cases they deliver it without claiming the money
on the other hand my second postcard to you with the iuoma logo seems to be lost, here I used a regular postage stamp - mabye it will come later
That's mail art live
PS: By the way the two artistamps shows a portrait of Angela Behrendt' son, Daniel
