The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Kairan #16 from Japan
From Johnny Boy I receivd KAIURAN #16 today. A very interesting magazine for me since he is doing short interviews with the mail-atists that are still out there as a follow up on my own mail-interview project.
