The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. mail from KPN - Netherlands
Seems I didn't put enough postage on some of my outgoing mail-art. The KPN still delivers it and sends me this 'bill' for the postage. Actually a good system from them. This time even computerized.
