The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. New stamp in action
The stamp was waiting for me when I got back from NYC. So on outgoing mail-art you might discover something like this. Especially abroad the stamp will be usefull....
