I noticed that the new mail-artists tend to use less rubber stamps than mail-artists who are at it for a longer time. I know the rubber stamps have become quite expensive these days, but when you buy one (especially when it is your own design) you buy a printing machine that helps you to produce prints for decades.
In the TAM Rubberstamp Archive I have prints of decades that show what has been done.
