The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Outgoing Mail-Art just before 2010 closes
A last attempt to get some mail-art out before the year 2010 closes. Probably the mail will arrive next year, but I know people always like surprises....
