The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from C.T. Chew - USA
A wonderful anvelope from Carl T. Chew filled with goodies. An old chinese magazine (newspaper) and a complete set of signed artistamps, also signed by E.F. Higgins - III who I met last year in NYC. A very valuable addition to my archive. Thank you!
