The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Nico van Hoorn arrived
the envelope took just one day. Stuck to a wall somewhere in Nijmeger I guess and on its way from the P.O. Box to the home address.....
