The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to E - France
"E" from France sent me this large carved foam rubber stamp. It is now part of the TAM-Rubberstamp Archive. To test the result I printed the stanp on an envelope that is now on it's way back to France. Thanks "E "!
