The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. This envelope already travelled quite a few times. The postal office deosn't cancel the stamps, so we are reusing it fron Nijmegen to Breda over and over again.....
