The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Guido Utermark - Netherlands
Aa thanks for the many magazines 'Kladblok" Guido gets some mail back. Enclosed of course some stampsheets for him to use or pass on. Like always a handstamped enveloppe with on it the many rubberstamps that the network has send in to the archive.
