The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. The AARPEX is coming soon - USA
Receieved the card from Jack Latteman. I know he is working hard to make the next AARPEX event a big success. Loved the card with all the new and old creations. Creating artistamps is a special network in Mail-Art for sure.
