The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. TAM-Bulletin for sale
In the 80-ies I printed and distributed the TAM-Bulletins. Never would I have tought that these now show up in bookstores where you can actually buy old issues. The one involved is shwn here. Funny.
