The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Picasso Gaglione - USA
Special envelope to Picasso Gaglione with on it the workds DaDa and Fluxus, in which the word Fluxus is broken up into Flux and US. Inside an artwork and a letter and off course some new stampsheets to fill for Picasso.
