The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 46 years. Outgoing Stampsheets february 2015
A set of envelopes with prints from rubberstamps goes out today into the network. We will see if it brings back any new stampprints for my TAM Rubberstamp Archive.
