The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Otto Scherman - USA
Mail from Otto Scherman (USA). Inclused some new stampsheets for the archive, and also a personal letter with more details on what Otto does. He used my envelope and reversed it. The final piece is a lovely result.
