Most of the online mail-artist might notg know Jas W. Felter from Canada. He is THE collector of artistamps and has a complete directory of all thos productions that are made worldwide. Back in 1995, when I was doing the mail-interviews, he was the one who offered me help with publishing the results on the internet. The result:
