Mail Art Congresses 1986

In a letter from Cees Francke (NL) I found this paper with photos of the two Mail Art Congresses that Cees visited in 1986. I was in the one held in Eeklo. Cees also liked to visit Eastern Europe (with his project Paradise Worker). I also found a paper that was passed on at bthe Eeklo Congress where mail-artists added something. A nice souvenir.
