The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Hi, I just found your blog while researching Turk LeClair, who was a good friend of mine. Thanks so much for such a good blog. I just wrote a small bit on Cavellini, who I met at the Dada fest in SF in 84.
