The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Old TAM Bulletin 1984
When you look at the blog Mail-Art Projects one remembers how mail-art information was spread in the 80-ies. I run the magazine TAM-Bulletin, and just found one of the covers which I digitized for you.
