The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Parastamp - Hungary
From Artpool in Hungary I received this beautiful catalogue about 40 years of Artistamps. It is very well done, includes historical samples and texts and has now joined the TAM-Archive (after reading offcourse).
