The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Over the years I have sent out thousands of painted envelopes. Should be sent back one day for a complete exhibition......?
