The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Guido Utermark - Netherlands
I am part of Guido Utermark's experiment in "Retour envelopes". It worked out fine and the envelope cam in without any problems.
