You know the feeling; you need a cab and there is none to be seen anywhere. That is happening the last two weeks also in Athens (Greece). The Taxi-drivers (Cab-Drivers) are on strike and block every day another part of the city, sometimes also outside the main city. The reason? According to European law, the job of Cab-driver should be free. Seems they don't want to follow the rules and want to continue the old practices.
The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A lot has been written by him in this period and in his BLOG he writes about the most recent views and thoughts. For Snail-Mail write to: iuoma@outlook.com
