The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Is this mail-art? They use a juried system. Anyone interested in projects like these? I actually received the invitation twice, so they are surely targetting the mail-art network.
