The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. My letter to Michael Lumb in UK. As you can see I play a lot with the number 25 on the lasts envelopes. Also because in about 2 months I will be celebrating my 25th year active in Mail-Art.
