The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. This artistamps sheet was made by Darlene Altschul back in 1997. She used the image of one of my envelopes and made this beautiful collage out of it.
