The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. BAck-side of card by Paul Smith. He wondered if he could become a member of the IUOMA. Off course, by applying one becomes automatically a member. I sent him a membershipcard already.
