The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. From Shih Yun in Singapore I received this printed certificate for the IUOMA. I signed it, and made an answer envelope. Also used the new stamp carved by Malinda which I will document seperately as well.
