The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Julio Romero de Torres - Spain
Today I received this parcel full with cards. Also a set of 10 mailings which were meant for others inside the Netherlands with the request to mail them on inside my country. I did so after placing a stamp on each piece.
