The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Lesbag - USA
It took some time, but finally an answer from me on its way to the USA. The envelope contains lots of paperwork for Lesbag and some stampsheets off course.
