The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Rea Nikonova and Serge Segay
The first mail-artists I was in contact with in Russia, back in the 80-ies. Now they both live in Germany. A short note to say hello to them again in a specially made envelope for them.
