The three envelopes arrived. Nico sent his answer in the envelope I already spotted on his site. He wonders about On Kawara. I have some books by him in my TAM archive. yes, what he dis is a conceptual work I do consider Mail-Art. He sent out lots of cards to certain individuals and the comlete process is very well documented.
