The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Recycle Project
Made this card for a recycling project in France. The carton I use for these card are always from packing material which I cut up into these A6 sized cards.
