The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Nico - Netherlands
Since the postage on the envelope by Nico van Hoorn wasn't used, I recycled the envelope back to Nico. This is how it looked like. I added the rubberstamps and the stickers and off course changed the senders-address....
