The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. First issue of IPM
A copy of the cover of the first issue of IPM (International Poetry magazine) as I issued in september 1993. From this magazine only a limited edition was sent out into the mail-art network.
